Creative Biolabs is committed to accelerating the optimization, research and application of SELEX technology. We are looking for a senior scientist, an aptamer screening expert, who will be responsible for the development of high-throughput SELEX technology and a novel SELEX aptamer screening platform, to work collaboratively across all research functions to drive the technology platform development forward.
Responsibilities
Manage a team of scientists.
Manage early-stage scientific research and development of novel SELEX technology platform.
Write technical documents including standard operating procedures (SOPs), protocols, and reports.
Support patent applications and registrations.
Supervise, mentor and cross-train other scientists within SELEX aptamer screening platform group.
Qualifications
PharmD or Ph.D. in bioinformatics, cell biology, genetics, molecular biology, biochemistry, systems biology, immunology, or related field.
In-depth knowledge and experience with SELEX technology platform and aptamers.
Extensive technical industry experience.
Proven experience in building and managing successful relationships with internal and external collaborators.
Excellent technical documentation presentation and written skills.
