Job Description

Creative Biolabs is committed to accelerating the optimization, research and application of SELEX technology. We are seeking a sales manager who will be responsible for identifying and nurturing opportunities to promote our SELEX platform aptamer development services to new and existing customers through outbound and inbound inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Promotion of SELEX aptamer screening service.
  • Build trusting relationships with new customers and win new business for SELEX aptamer development.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to properly utilize internal resources.
  • Resolve and troubleshoot issues that impede implementation of sales operations plans.
  • Operate effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment while maintaining a focused and customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

  • Ph.D. in cellular and molecular biology, bioinformatics, genomics, biochemistry, immunology, or related field.
  • Previous successful field sales experience for universities, academic institutions, government agencies or biotechnology is preferred.
  • Proficient in genomics and bioinformatics, etc.
  • Demonstrated strong collaborative behaviors and good negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and other communication skills.
  • Proficient in a team-based sales environment.
