We are seeking a sales manager who will be responsible for identifying and nurturing opportunities to promote our SELEX platform aptamer development services to new and existing customers through outbound and inbound inquiries.
Responsibilities
Promotion of SELEX aptamer screening service.
Build trusting relationships with new customers and win new business for SELEX aptamer development.
Collaborate cross-functionally to properly utilize internal resources.
Resolve and troubleshoot issues that impede implementation of sales operations plans.
Operate effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment while maintaining a focused and customer-focused attitude.
Qualifications
Ph.D. in cellular and molecular biology, bioinformatics, genomics, biochemistry, immunology, or related field.
Previous successful field sales experience for universities, academic institutions, government agencies or biotechnology is preferred.
Proficient in genomics and bioinformatics, etc.
Demonstrated strong collaborative behaviors and good negotiation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and other communication skills.
Proficient in a team-based sales environment.
