Creative Biolabs is committed to accelerating the optimization, research and application of SELEX technology. We are looking for project managers to manage laboratory teams to complete the application and optimization of SELEX technology according to customer needs.
Responsibilities
Understand the needs of customer projects.
Plan detailed executable experimental protocols and processes based on customer requirements.
Coordinate and supervise lab members to complete experiments.
Collect and summarize experimental data.
Complete detailed final project reports.
Regularly update customers with the support of the sales team.
Complete follow-up work based on customer feedback.
Qualifications
Advanced degree in cellular and molecular biology, bioinformatics, genomics, biochemistry, immunology or related field.
Extensive laboratory experience in biochemical CRO/CMO companies.
Familiarity with the principles and operations of experiments related to cell and molecular biology and bioinformatics.
Strong organizational, collaborative and communication skills.
Excellent presentation and written skills for research projects and reports.
Experience in a similar position and field is preferred.
